These are top level MTB cycling shoes and like others from this manufacturer, the Sidi Dominator uses the high tech leather Lorica for construction, with mesh inserts. The fine micro-fibres make the material water-repellent, while also being breathable, resistant to tearing, splitting and scratching.

The sole is a competition level construction and toe spikes are also available if you are likely to be in slippy conditions when off the bike.

The closure system is designed to avoid pressure points by using anatomical and padded straps to distribute force evenly while you are cycling and there is a caliper buckle for easy and close adjustment to suit your foot shape, before and during your rides. Security is aided by Velcro interlocking straps to keep the shoe tight.

The Sidi Dominator is available in both men's and women's fittings, with a different shape for the female version including a narrower heel cup.

If you are looking for the ultimate mtb performance shoe for cross country and trails, then the Sidi Dragon must come close. With the SRS carbon sole, Sidi have addressed the problem of providing an mtb shoe that gives flexibility when off the bike with positive consistent pressure when cycling hard.

This shoe uses a carbon insert which runs along the whole length together with the Dragon SRS tread and both are bolted to a narrow nylon frame. Crucially this design allows the toe to flex, which you need for walking, while keeping the body of the shoe sufficiently rigid for excellent power transfer into the pedals. The other benefit is that even during hard cycling the flex allows better foot circulation giving more comfort, especially on long and taxing rides.

You can replace the insert and the tread and toe guards can also be installed on the same bolts.

In the heel there is an adjustable security system so you can stop heel lift under power or slacken when you need to be more relaxed.

A patented buckle system allows easy adjustment to fit while riding, while being combined with soft instep closure, and padded tongue for comfort. High security Velcro is included to keep everything firmly fixed in place.

This is a top level professional Road, Track or Time Trial cycling shoe and the Sidi Ergo 2 uses all the best design technology. All aspects of this shoe have received detailed attention from Sidi and advice from their pro riders. One of its key features for the high mileage and performance cycling is a full carbon sole which is slightly thinner at the toe to allow some flex, while the body rigidity allows full power to the pedals.

For comfort and better fit there is also a soft instep closure system where softer EVA has been used, allowing some natural anatomical adjustment. In addition, the super light SL buckle allows a variety of easy adjustments to be made while cycling, which keeps the shoe comfortable at all levels of performance. With this, the Tecno II system allows you to adjust the upper of the shoe to your foot shape, giving it a customised facility.

At the heel of the Sidi Ergo 2 there is a removable cup system which you can use during harder races or sprints to keep your foot completely secure under strain.

This is another top level road racing shoe and the Sidi Genius incorporates many of the main design characteristics of the very highest performing shoes.

It uses the softer EVA for the instep arch which allows for pressure to be distributed better and there is an adjustable caliper buckle to allow careful tensioning of the shoe both before and during races. High security Velcro makes sure the adjustment doesn't move and a padding tongue helps to soften the pressure on the top of the foot.

As you might expect this shoe also uses Lorica on the uppers to aid foot health and comfort through its breathability.

The sole is full carbon which is also thinner in the toe area, allowing some flex while still delivering power efficiently under the ball of the foot. This design helps foot circulation, and therefore ultimately comfort and performance. Its also compatible with the Look Keo cleat.

The heel cup is reinforced to help stop movement under heavy strain.
